I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Istanbul Bakirkoy. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining. and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Bulent and Hatice who made breakfast enjoyable. However, I found the room quite dark, even after repair attempts, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Eray, who surprised my aunt on her birthday (she was so touched!).
